Nicole S. is an experienced professional with a background spanning insurance, administration, and client service. Previously, Nicole served as a Senior Office Administrator at NFP, an Aon company, managing office operations and event planning while building strong organizational and client-facing skills. Earlier in her career, Nicole was a Fraud Analyst, where she monitored and investigated card-not-present fraud, identity theft, and synthetic identity theft, consistently maintaining industry-leading fraud prevention standards. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Northern Illinois University, where she was active in Sigma Kappa.
